Welcome to D&R Fitness!

We’ve teamed up with our listeners to create a way for all of us to be just a little bit healthier. By tackling a new fitness challenge each day we’ll all work together to get in better shape, live longer and feel fantastic.

Weekdays on our community calendar have goals to accomplish. there are 3 different tiers for beginners, those who are already active and those who are looking for a bit of a challenge. No matter where you’re starting, we’re all in this together.

Each month there will be 2 “Dungeon Days” where you’ll be pushed just a little bit harder than normal. Finally, at the end of every month there will be a “Boss Fight”. A test that will get you sweating and breathing heavily. If you can beat the boss, you’ll be one step closer to a healthier you.
